Ballot Initiatives and Referenda

We have three decades of combined experience passing good policy and defeating bad policy at the ballot with a win rate of over 80%. We work with campaigns and public agencies at every level of government and can assist at each stage of the process, including policy and ballot title refinement, viability or threat assessment, modeling, targeting, and message development.

Domestic and International Campaigns

We've helped elect values-aligned leaders in over two dozen states and five countries by helping our clients identify the audience and messages they need to win. We assist candidates, caucuses, parties, and IEs at all levels of government with landscape and viability assessment, message and creative testing, strategic consulting, targeting, modeling, and post-election data analysis.

Issue Advocacy and Movement Building

Positive change doesn’t just come at the ballot box. We work with legislative coalitions, issue advocacy organizations, foundations, and non-profits to understand the opinion landscape on their issues, hone their message, and shape the public debate. Whether focused on broad movement-level strategy or specific legislation, we help build the momentum for positive change.

WHO WE SERVE

We're proud to have worked alongside values-aligned clients in the US and across the globe.

Steven Fenberg Testimonial

"Aspect Strategic has been an invaluable resource and asset for just about every campaign I've been a part of. Their approach and advice is meticulous, direct, and efficient, which has led to Colorado Democrats winning historic majorities in the Colorado Legislature. They aren’t typical campaign consultants; they’re true partners obsessed with identifying and helping deploy the right message, targeting, and strategy to win."

"Aspect Strategic’s pollsters were invaluable to my campaign. They earned my trust by asking the right questions, listening to constituents as well as the team, and grounding their thoughtful recommendations in the data. Their gut is remarkable, regularly anticipating dynamic shifts with enough time to leave space for meaningful decision making. It’s rare to find such brilliant minds that are also such team players, but they showed up in just that way every day.”

- Xochitl Torres Small, former Congresswoman NM-02

“When we were trying to decide whether or not to move forward with two ballot initiatives, the Aspect team helped us develop a polling strategy that was critical for informing our decision. It provided a true pulse of our community and was essential for developing the communications and engagement strategy. And, the polling was pretty much spot-on with the actual election results. They are true, caring professionals who are always available to answer questions and provide useful advice.”
